"Garlic and Wine Shrimp " |

Cook bowtie pasta and set aside. Mince the garlic cloves and saute in olive oil. Add thyme, lemon pepper , salt and pepper and pre-cooked shrimp. Add white wine and snap peas. Saute only 1-2 minutes and serve over pasta. Sprinkle top with parmesean cheese. Serves 4. |
Note: A side salad with balsamic vinegarette goes well with this Mediterranean favorite.
